Lead Times
Please be aware for all customers that the lead time on orders is varies depending on your location. If anything is urgent you please contact us on +357 97 83447
Carriage Costs
If your order is being delivered outside of Cyprus please be aware that a separate invoice will be raised for the carriage costs. This will be emailed to you by our team and require payment before the items are ship out to you. If you have any questions please contact us or email info@agrotractorglobal.com and a member of our team will be able to help.
Your goods will be despatched as soon as possible thereafter.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged you need to inform us within 7 days of receipt. All of our parcels are tracked through our Couriers. With electrical goods, such as lights, we highly recommend these are installed immediately to ensure they are in working order. Any queries outside of these 7 days are at our discretion. We strongly advise to take any pictures of items that appear damaged before opening them, these will be requested by our Couriers.
Incorrect Items & Returns
If you've received your order and no longer need the item or have ordered the incorrect item you can return this by following our Returns Policy. Firstly you must email us within 14 days and advise you wish to return your order. For most returns there will be a 25% restocking charge, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The goods must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging in a saleable condition.
Please be aware that we do not hold stock of all of these items and, in some cases, we will be unable to restock these items. If you are unsure or want any further advice prior to purchase please do call or email.
For higher value items we recommend ensuring the item is the correct item as these, once ordered, will be ordered as a special item. We can not guarantee any returns on these items.
Any carriage costs we incur in the return of any incorrectly ordered items will be charged to you.
Cancelling Your Order
If you've ordered the wrong item or made a mistake please let us know as soon as possible by calling or emailing us. If we are able to cancel the item before it is processed, a full refund can be made.
Refunds
All refunds, once confirmed and any goods received and checked by Agro Tractor Global a refund will be processed within 30 days.
Order Confirmations
If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your Junk or Spam folders before calling.
